Submitting an inquiry through this website does not create a contract, agency relationship, confirmed booking or guarantee of artist participation.

After receiving an inquiry, Souline Global may:

Review the client and project information
Request additional company or project details
Contact the relevant official management agency
Check artist interest and availability
Prepare or coordinate an official offer
Coordinate fees, schedules, contracts and usage rights

A booking is confirmed only after the applicable project terms have been approved, written agreements have been signed and required payment conditions have been completed.

3. Artist Availability and Fees

Artist availability, fees, schedules, travel requirements, usage rights and project participation vary according to the specific project.

Any estimate or preliminary information provided before an official written offer is for discussion purposes only and may change after review by the artist’s official management agency.

Project-specific quotations and offers may not be copied, published or disclosed to unrelated third parties without permission.

4. Client Responsibilities

When submitting an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

Your name and company details
Official company website
Project type and purpose
Preferred artist or artist category
Proposed date and location
Estimated artist budget
Event, campaign and media usage details

You confirm that you are authorized to submit the inquiry on behalf of the identified company or organization.

Souline Global may decline inquiries containing incomplete, misleading, fraudulent or unverifiable information.

5. Artist Representation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, artists displayed on this website are not managed or exclusively represented by Souline Global.

6. Intellectual Property

The Souline Global name, logo, website design, original text and other content created by Souline Global may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Artist names, group names, trademarks, photographs, videos and related intellectual property belong to their respective artists, management agencies and rights holders.

You may view and share links to publicly available pages for legitimate business and informational purposes. You may not reproduce the artist directory, create a competing database or commercially extract substantial portions of the website.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website to:

Submit false, fraudulent or misleading inquiries
