2. Project Review
We review the project details and confirm whether additional information is required.
3. Availability Check
We contact the artist’s official management agency to check availability and interest in the proposed project.
4. Official Offer
We prepare and submit an official offer covering the artist fee, schedule, project requirements and usage rights where applicable.
5. Contract & Payment
The agreed terms are finalized, contracts are signed and payment arrangements are confirmed.
6. Project Coordination
We coordinate schedules and agreed project details through completion of the event, appearance or campaign.
