How artist fees are confirmed and how availability is checked before an official offer is issued.
Artist fees and availability are confirmed through a staged review with the artist’s official management agency. A preliminary availability response or fee indication is not a booking confirmation.
How fees and availability are confirmed
- Project review — Souline Global reviews the client, project, requested artist, date, location, scope, budget and usage requirements.
- Official proposal & preliminary availability check — We submit the project brief to the artist’s official management agency and check whether the project can be considered. Any initial response is provisional.
- Terms negotiation — Artist fee, schedule, appearance scope, travel, production, media usage, exclusivity and other conditions are discussed with official management.
- Contract & payment conditions — The engagement remains unconfirmed until the applicable contract is signed and all required deposit, payment and project conditions are met.
- Final confirmation — The artist engagement is confirmed only after the contractual and payment requirements are satisfied and written confirmation is issued.
Availability, a fee indication or management’s willingness to review a project does not reserve or confirm the artist.
